And the goop fun continued for a longer period of time! We kept adding new elements to explore sensory discrimination .

🌈We created our own individual sensory bins and added our favourite colours .

So much fun to explore the function of eye droppers while adding colours. Some used pine leaves to mix colours and said, goop soup is ready!

Anyone?

🄣Goop has a unique and interesting texture, and helps in calming. Can add some lavender seeds or flowers.

It’s very easy to make. It requires only 2 basic ingredients. Cornstarch powder and water. I usually use 2 small cups of cornstarch powder and 1 cup water for medium consistency. Food colour and other ingredients are optional.

šŸ”øI remember when we were doing food topic, I introduced spices around the world and added a few spice such as turmeric, cinnamon powder and sticks, cumin, curry powder and nutmeg separately in the goop for natural aroma.

We used beetroot natural colour, children named as Barney colour for magenta pink.

🌿 As we were having a conversation, some of the children suggested to add herbs, such as basil, oregano rosemary, mint, cilantro and lemon mint. We experimented with those as well.

Explore and experiment and don’t forget to share your experience😊

with me.
